I am using this tata sky service on my LED at home, I must say picture quality of HD channels and normal channels both are very good . I want to mention this if you have hd TV you can see crystal clear pictures with good sound quality with very less advetisements. Services is fine earlier support was not that good but now because of the competition in market they have improved their support quality. if I talk about the charges its little bit expensive if you want to have fun of HD services otherwise for normal set top boxes its value for money. you should definetly try TATA sky
