My views about the DTH
Delivery and Installation were done by a TataSky Engineer.
Entire process was so smooth. Installation was done with in 48 hours of my purchase. One star less because of the guy who came for installation. He doesn’t have minimum information that I have already paid and asked me to pay 1800.when I said we have already paid, he asked me to pay 200 as installation charges. I asked him to debit our tata sky balance. Then he was so rude. Moreover he came in the evening and my husband was not at home. He was so anxious to see my house and went to master bedroom to check whether cable connection is there or not.
