Charge increased again ..

Hi friends.


I am sharing my review on Tata sky.


I have been using this service over one year. I like to share my positive and negative opinion.


I contacted Tata sky agent in my nearby, he sent a technician to install dish. In that time I was not available at home but they installed in the presence of my children.


When I came to home I was shocked because they used 10 meter extra cable and charged its amount too.


I logged complaint in customer service but they are not willing to give any solution. I called again and again, after long conversation and lots of arguments they sent technician to remove extra cable and agreed to return the extra money which they charged unnecessary.


After ten days, sake my continues call I got money back.


Customer care service is too worst, too difficult to connect with them. If connected never share any specific answer.


Its monthly subscription is increasing day by day. It has lots of use less channels and we have to pay extra for sports and English channels.


Now Tata sky increased charge again.


During the rainy day it will be stoped. I don't know the reason .


However its picture quality and sound is good.


I have to be crazy about wether to continue with Tata Sky.
