This is my first time I have used Tata Sky, generally I prefer cable network but they also have increased the monthly charged. So I get new Tata Sky connection after just 2 months of using tata sky, they disconnected my connection. I dont know why, I dont have any pending money, or recharges still they disconnect my service. They didn’t even sent me any notice mail or message. I called the customer care they didnot respond properly, I told the dealer he is the one who help me getting my connection renewed. There service is not good.
