I felt that my tatasky monthly subscription was too much and I wanted to minimize a bit I had previously called their costumer executive, which used to take a minimum of 30 minute to finally hook up a conservation ( I had to pay for their delay! ) tonight I called them a total of 9 times out of which I talked with their executives 2 times. and both times they did not wish to speak to me because they said they could not talk in English! they were supposed to transfer me to one of their senior. which took a total of more than 50 minute of my time + call charge.
