Today, I am writing about Tata Sky. I have using Tata Sky since one year, really they are a froud.
Friends, after using for one year I found that other service provider are giving good service and pakage in less price. So I decided to stop Tata Sky service.
Then their service man contected Me and offered 50% on My service, If I purchase 12 month service. Pakage included damaal mix, English Entertainment, HD pakage, and 2 regional channel.
I accepted the pakage and made them payment. But when I got my pakage, there was no English Entertainment channel.
Then I contected them, but they refused about such pakage and replied that their pakage do not include english entertainment. When I insisted on that I was promised pakage will include Entertainment, He behave rudly and disconnected my Call. Really their service is not good.
It picture and sound quality is good enough. They provide HD cannel with good sound quality.
No, we do not get value for our money, they are charging more if campared with other service provider.
