And Attention to all Tata Sky Subscribers
This is to bring to your kind attention the cheating, knowingly or unknowingly being committed by TataSky.
Following are the concerns and require immediate resolution with necessary refund.
a. My subscription from your website indicates, which I carefuly selected, to be 204, 170 or similar amount from time to time. This choice was always limited to Al-a-carte. Today, when I wanted to analyse the billing of tata sky, I was shocked to find Rs 60/- being charged for everywhere TV, which I never subscribed on my own and neither I used it, as I was not aware of it even.
b. Your executive told that it is being charged since Aug 2014, which means Rs 60 x 8 months= 480/-. If this is a systemic problem, there shall be lakhs of customers like me being overbilled, assuming 10lacs of customers, this amount comes to approx 50, 00, 00, 000(Rs 50 cr in a year).
Being a national service provider, this is serious mistake of 60 / 204 i.e. 30% overbilling.
It is a crime.
c. Everywhere TV is such a service, that it cant be dropped also from modify packages.
d. It is such an open and shut case, your executive tells that it will take 72 hours. This time is more than the time you take to disable connection when we do not recharge. Is it a same Tata brand, we as country are proud of Or is it all made up?
I dont like Tata Sky, as whenever I look at statement, I always discover such serious anomalies.
