I had requested TATASKY to add Romedy Now channel but they declined stating their BUSINESS PROCESS does not allow it . I have subscribed basic pack South special which is 200Rs & wanted to add Romedy Now which Rs.30.
I believe they are not letting me do this because earlier I had Metro pack which was Rs.350. Also surprised to see their current marketing campaign which talks about choose any channel you want is complete FAKE!
