I was cheated by tatasky customer service. they promised me that if I recharge through paytm I will get cashback offer. but after I recharged I didnot get any cashback.
Also they promised me that the reinstallation will be free of cost if I recharge on sunday. but now after recharging they are asking money. very dissappointed with tatasky services. when I try chatting, there is not proper response from them so also the phone calls supposed to be free helpline. I have to keep on waiting for a long time. the same sky service abroad is so customer friendly. in india everything is taken for granted. customers are totally taken for granted. tatasky services are example for this.
