While router was Installed, I was told by technician that DTH team will come and install binge+ android set top box with one month’s free pack.
Even after 4 days no one came to install the new binge +set top box
When I contacted the manager one Mr. Gaurav TSBB he didn’t bothered to respond with any reply
When contacted one Mr Devendra Dubey area manager He was giving excuses saying he is admitted in hospital.
Tried several calls to these people but no one ready to pick calls or respond.
Tata sky local teams BB, DTH, Sales are hand in gloves with each other. They are misusing BB+bingeDTH combo offer & cheating customers.
