My experience with tatasky has been restricted to a customer seeking cable tv services. However i didn’t realize that engaging with tata sky representatives for installation would be such an harassing experience. The sheer lack of professionalism by the tata sky representatives has been frightening, i stay in mumbai, andheri east on jvlr and each day i have been trying to get tata sky representative to come and install at my apartment and each day they say they will come but they never do!! Its so annoying and irritating - they don’t care!! What’s the arrogance about?
If anyone from the tata sky management is reading this - get your act together, your customers are unhappy and you’ve done a fantastic job of forcing them away - bravo, tata sky, bravo!
