Tata sky dth is one of the best DTH service provider in india.I have also two connections.I see tv daily 2-3 hours and never found a single problem.It’s serve you a better quality picure with nice sound and also has a good user interface, so I can say it’s easy to use and costomer friendly.

1- lightweight and stylish
2-remote is handy
3-you can see in user settings where are so many things to do for you, ex.-set your 50 favourite channels in just one button, rearrange them, you are free to dial a specific channel no., just press favourite.
4-costomer service is also good as you aspect.
