Tata sky promises u on giving best quality experience but they charge you more and give you nothing. everytime when it rains the service interrupts and when rain stops the service do not continues after that. it takes long for the service to resume. I am fed with this problem. and the problem never is solved. the customer care executives say that they are very sorry for this disturbance but they never do anything.
the plan for channel are very high. when I called customer care for subscribing one more channel the charged 50rs for one channel’s subscription. this is literally like robbing us.
I can not recommend
