In last 10 months I have done three complaints to Tatasky as the set top box does not receive signal. Every time Tata sky sends a technician, then a senior technician but none of them actually worked on the problem. My problem still persists. For every visit they charge you a visit fee of 200rs and then they change some part which we are actually not sure whether they do the right work and then on top they charged me another 350 rs. Worst part last time when I spoke to customer service in November they told me in the last complaint the technician has registered that a new remote was provided to me which actually never happened. So there is no check kept on the technicians
Everytime you log a complaint firs they will be in a hurry to tell you the charges and then understand your problem.
Most pathetic customer service. Will never opt for Tatasky again.
