I don’t think Tata Sky stands on its commitment. Though it is value for money setup box.
I have been using Tata sky an year now Picture and sound quality was good in starting 6 months but now its going down with every passing day. Service is okay. But the most annoying thing in this setup box it takes 5 minutes to disconnect just when the weather gets a little rainy or stormy.
And till the tme weather does not get back to normal it doesn’t work.
