I asked for a relocation of the dish as our society was setting up a shed in monsoon season. Their person came and did the relocation but since then I am not able to see many channels that were accessible earlier. I complained them many times but no proper response. Now they, we can send a person to check but you will have to pay the visit charges and will have to change the set top box as well.
WHY DO I PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES? Problem arose after they did the relocation. This was my worst experience ever.. They just want to shell out money from people by fooling them.
