I am subscriber of tata sky since last 2 years and not fully satisfied with their service.
few points I would like to quote here(negative):
1- picture and sound quality is okay, nothing great about it.
2- service is average, reaching the customer care is impossible
3- I don’t feel its a value for money, time by time they have hiked the prices of the packs and does’t include any free HD channels right now.
4- They start sending messages 10 days in advance for new recharge
5- no 6 month pack for jhingalala pack
Really not satisfied with their service. I feel its overpriced
