Before tata sky dth service I was using normal cable operater which runned by local service provider in our area but after watching too many ads of tata sky which indicates and described about high definition picture quality and superior Dolby sound so I decided to choose tata sky as my dth service after that I had go to local store and complete all formalities like form feeling n all and after that second I got my connection at my given adress properly everything was going well until there but there is 1st month free subscription which include some packs like hd channels and all ( actually I don’t needed) but after expire of first month it was continued same plan without my permission so result is I recharged rs 275 for 30 day it was valid only for 15 days because of due to amount deducated for that plan so I totally disappointed by that so I call customer care to inform them about this but here is again problem u
Is that my call could not be connected reason was given your number not registered with us I surprised I face that problem till 3 months some how I managed to contact customer care by local retailer and discontinue that plan so with me worst experience by tata sky nothing is special besite service is poor and costly too and picture and sound quality is almost same like other dths so it’s not value for money
