Extremely Poor Service

I am a subscriber of Tata Sky for around eight years model no DSI3208C, Digicom no.827279119307, NDS No.CEA79A0281169064A*, with subscriber ID.1034811701.I had registered for relocation of house within CP area of New Delhi(same Pin Code) on 9th Nov’2012 with Work order no.1-17285411135, with a promise that within 24 hours I will get a call back and will be put up on priority.


However when no call came I inquired and was told that due to Diwali rush it will be positively done within 5 days..i.e.by 13th Nov’2012.However No one came when I called customer service representative, he said it will be done on priority and did not say anything of rescheduling .Therefore I got my account charged with Rs 500 so that installation charges and monthly charges stands credited to my account.But soon after my conversation to my shock, I got a message on my registered mob that my case has been reschedule to 23rd Novemeber.


When I called to ask your representative that if you can’t keep your promised date than kindly tell me the procedure for disconnection and refund, she kept me on hold indefinitely and finally told it will be done positively by 18th and if it fails than I should again call but she refused to tell me the procedure which amounts to harassment and mental agony to undersigned.


Next day I got a call that now it will be done on 20th Nov without giving any reason of change in date and even he did not accede to my request of disconnection.On contacting a service dealer finally I got a call on 21st afternoon that someone will reach soon .


However the person chose to came between 8-9 at night, and said he will only put antennae on roof, ignoring my old mother’s request that our house is open from all sides with two balconies and it is on 5th floor..so you can easily install it but he said he will come next day at 10am and walked away without doing anything.To my further distress no one came on 22nd and when my family called tatasky no. left behind by person, he was told now your id does not exist so no question of installation tell your madam to call  633466, which could not be reached.Further to add to my voes I got  a call from 040662756, saying tatasky wants to give service but I am not interested that’s why I should wait for processing of request and that tata sky has no policy of refund and that we had refused to hand over keys of roof of our government colony thereby not cooperating. When I  asked him about days  gone past since 9th, and repeated change of dates and visit of person late at nigh he bjust said this happened only for first time to u so u should ignore.


I  further got a message soon after that now my reference no. is 1-17533354659, starting a new cycle afresh.


In view of facts stated above, i have lost my faith in brand name of TATA..and am distressed beyond limits…I am a working women with old mother at home u cannot expect us to be at the whims of your service providers and I would just request u to refund the last charged amount of Rs 500 which I never used as I shifted my house on 9th itself. Further the security deposit etc due to me against initial money paid forv set top box should be refunded immediately else I will be constrained to move consumer court for unliquidated damage falling due for causing me and my 76 year old mother unaccountable mental agony and harassment,
