Above all ----why a person work ----for compensation !! So it is one issue compensation is not based on the Qualification, potential, Experience...less qualified people but with good recomendations are given hikes & good packages but people whon work hard are always at same place with lowest packages.
After 3 yrs Emp is elidigle for Long term Bonus which are given to partial employess rest were requested to wait.
Market corrections are never made for People who deservs it but for rest it is OK. people are forced to do overtime & work on Off days but no recoginitions for them at the end on basis of continuous modified KRA they are being marked lowest in appraisal and above all how much u are dead for your work but whatever rating ur boss got will be your rating. Mass nos people were sacked (forceful resignation) from that time it higly insecure work culture.
