Poor customer service

I have recharged, after the connection got suspended.But channels were not activated even after 2 hours..


I kept on calling service center, but they couldn’t help..


I called 4-5 times but no rep could rectify it.They were Keep on saying wait for 20 mins, 30 mins, 2 hours, 4 hourss and we ask to take a request they immediately disconnect the call...


Worst customer service.....
