Worst customer care!

I had been a BIGTV customer and very much upset with their C. Care services. So I decided to go for Airtel DTH. Last 4 month I have been Airtel DTH customer. But to my surprise, Airtel DTH is 100 times worst than BIGTV Customer Care. First, wrong package was activated by them.


When I complained they informed that within 24 hrs correct package will be activated. But within 24 hrs, they have stopped my DTH services. When tried to check with customer care, they informed that without deactivating OLD package, your new package is activated, and hence your balance has gone negative. They ensured that within 24 hrs problem will be solved.


But friends u will be surprised that even after Continuous problem, I could get channels activated only after more than seven days . They booked complained no 4860989, 4898701, 4932997 and whenever I tried to check status, they told complaint is closed. I even tried to talk to their Bangalore Nodal officer at 080-41704930, But no Airtel DTH personnel has given reply. With that u can understand their quality of Service.


Also channel reception will take always 30-40 sec, means if u r changing one channel to other, u hav to wait 30-40sec .


With this I m sure u can understand Airtel DTH Quality. I will rate their so called best Customer Care Worst in India, So think 100 times before u purchase Airtel Digital TV.
