I had made a complaint about faulty adapter of TATA-SKY. on the 5th Nov12 . Despite several reminders and e-mails nobody has cared to visit and replace the faulty adapter.
I wonder why it gives catchy ads to trap the customers and why the govt. which insists on digitization doesnt lay down condition for efficient service. In the meantime I continue to pay for the channels which I have not viewed in the last 9 days.
