I am an Airtel Dishtv Customer for 6 years now. I see the Customer service at its low in the recent days. The customer service representative are rude and abusive. They disconnect the call if you question them.There is no way to provide feedback for their service.
I am surprised to understand in this competitive field, why they chose to undermine the importance of customer service. Initially I thought the action was due to individual representative’s attitude but later disappointed to see all the representatives behaving alike.
