Airtel DTH service have suddenly removed some of the channels. On contacting them they mentioned due to technical fault it had happened and would reactivate it immediately. When it had not happened I have contact their Customer service department for getting the status. Customer care executives say " keep the Set top box on for 45 minutes, you will get receiving the channels. I have contacted the customer service for more than 12 times, but nothing happened.
Subsequently I had sent e-mail to them. Even after 3 days nothing has happened. They do not take any action, but give false promises to customers. If this attitude continues, it will be funeral for Airtel DTH service in the near future.
