I recently purchased airtel dth connection online from their site. At the time of purchasing the connection I was promised for free Ultra Pack for one month instead they activated economy pack. When I contacted customer care regarding this problem they asked me for proof for this and later on stopped responding to my mails.
Next month when I recharged my a/c online with their site, my a/c balance was not updated. I again contacted their customer care and this time they told me to wait for 24 hours before they can resume my services. Even after paying for monthly subscription my services were not resumed on time and their uneducated executive drop the phone before listening to my grievance completely.
I’m associated with airtel since last five years but their services have now become pathetic. Please do not subscribe for airtel DTH if you do not want to suffer.
