Three days after recharge, no action.

I have been using Dish TV a few years ago.  My friend suggested it as it had 1-year subscription scheme.  But now, it has become really bad in regard to customer care.  It is third day today after recharging the VC Card. No. 01505994832.


After the recharge (Transaction ID TRA000028991189) I wrote them a mail the next day and one today too, but the services are yet to be restored.  When they charge Rs. 20 for a day if we are late to recharge, after recharge they do not bother to restore the services even after 3rd day.  I am fed up with it.
