I recommend TATA Sky for a continues customer. Never recommend the support. They have no local numbers to call other than BSNL toll free number. now a days very few have BSNL lines because of BSNL’s customer support.
If we call from mobiles its hectic it costs us very huge... for changing package and some other complaints.
I recommend TATA Sky good clarity picture and sound is OK. not CD quality as they claim sound is OK.Better than any local connection but *Asianet in Kerala gives *better service than TATA SKY.
Online payment and management is helpful for cyber users....channels are very good almost 175 channels but malayalam channels are less. only major channels no other free channels they are transmitting
I have disconnected my line for last month because I was out of home with family. They need the digicomp ON always while we recharging the account. While I was recharging from Office through online that time my digicomp was off because of power failure that took one more day to get activated that also after calling support for more than 3 times. Some of support executive are not behaving properly. They told to you write to customer care email address. I shot a mail to that also but no response.
