I have been cheated by TATA sky team.my registered mobile no. With TATASky is 8146624687.I had given a request for deactivation of my TATA Sky connection on 21st of sept and balance of Rs. 120 approx was available at that time.I ws told by representative taking my request that I will receive call from concerend department for deactivation.
I made my tata sky dish disconnected and dropped Tata sky services on the same day.I got call on 23rd that TATA sky will not deactivate my connection because TATA sky do not have any refund policy.Once money is received by TATA sky that will become TATA sky Asset.I complained them on every call which were received from TATA sky that if I am not using your services then why should I pay for.TATA sky representative always been very rude while responding to my queries.In one conversation they told me that if it was online payment then we have refund policy for online payment and billing department will arrange for refund from 21st sept.
But nothing happened.I enquired from TATA sky and found that they have closed my complaint with positive customer remarks.I was neither satisfactorily responded nor got any refund.Still they closed my complaint forcefully.Now today 3rd OCt I am getting an sms from TATA sky that my account is due for recharge and if I will not recharge my account I will be charged for RS.10 for deavtivation charges.
This clearly shows that TATA sky believe in cheating, fraud, they are rude with customers who avail their services, they have their policy to play with customers money hence do not choose for TATA sky.
