Today I realised that we have one thing in common---we both r Paanchvi fail--otherwise we would not have been associated with Dish TV. U r promoting Dish TV and I am a suffering Dish TV subscriber.
Try calling up the Customer care no. 18601803474.Most of the time ull hear a voice in FOREIGN ACCENT informing u with regret(Sorrrrrrrrry) that the no. is busy.
After repeated attempts, if u r lucky u will be connected to Dish TV.U will be given an option to spk in Hindi or English, though Hindi is my Matra Bhasha, I opted for English and after waiting for some time(Listening to promotions going on) I hear a voice speaking in Hindi-Kya main aapki sahayta kar sakta hoon....Why the option????? Then u have to give ur whole bio data..name, contact no. fathers name, which school u went to....If u use computers.my VC no. will give u all the information.
DO U GET PAID FOR RECEIVING CALLS SO U EXTEND THE CALL?????? Shah Rukh ji, I hope u r still reading this....I lodged a complaint on 14th May as
I was not able to see some channels.I was told that the Dish needs to
be realigned and it will be done in 24-48 hrs.Fair enough.
Today
when I called up again and after repeated attempts I was able to get
thru. I am told today that now it will take 48-58 hrs.How did u arrive
at the figure of 58? It is beyond my understanding...
When I
requested the Customer Care Executive to expedite the process, he was
very positive and he increased my AGONY LEVEL in his system and told me
it will be done in 48-58 hrs.Now how do u increase the agony level and
still do not change the complaint response time....I cant understand.
Bhai Shahrukh badi mushkil hai, lagagaya maine dish TV hai, Main hansoo ya Royoon..Karoon main kya karoon....
Waiting for Ambani Sir to start their DTH operations....Will be the among first one to join them....
