I am from Chandigarh and using tata sky since 2 years and I never found any such problems whether its dealing with customer care or signal problems or poor after sales service. So far I have experienced the best service. The reception is best. Ul never face any problem with recharge also.. I go for online recharge and I get instant notification of my recharged account.
So I recommend u guys to go with tata sky connection only. Rather im planning for 2nd connection also. May be ul not find latest movies here as they showcase those movies whose dvds are released...
But DVD quality picture is assured..
Sometimes you may find signal problem just for 5 mins when it rains heavily but it has improved a lot. But I think one can sacrifice this much..
You wont believe, I added the sports package online and within 10 secs I cud watch match on NEO sports....It was amazing...!!!!
