I wanted to buy a tv service and I was really torn between Dish and Tata as the later was better but it dug too much into the pocket!!!!! well dish tv was also expensive but with the current on-going offer, it posed to me as a better bargain for my valuable money. I read all the reviews on the internet and every1 of them clearly advised me to go for tata-sky even though it was costlier. But I had noticed something which was common to all the reviews , blogs etc.
Nobody said that the quality of channels were bad in Dish..they merely said that the after sales service was really bad. So I really figured out that in case everything goes on well then there shouldn’t be any trouble. So with a lot of hesitation I ordered for the dish TV on the 19th May, Monday in the evening around 5. The dealer who wasn’t very time conscious delivered the STB around 8.45 instead of his promised 7.30 p.m.
He said clearly that it would be installed only on Wednesday. And lo-behold..as he promised on Wednesday the guys came to my house and rit now i’m enjoying the long forgotten benefits of an amazing T.V. connection. One more thing for the potential dth subscribers:- According to the guys who came and installed the connection, DISH TV has changed the shape of the receivers, from a small round one to a broad oval shaped receiver, which really makes sure you get great quality pictures!!! Way to go DISH!!!
well I really dont know what to say!! but all that I can say is that it isn’t as bad as it seems to be!!!
Maybe I’m wrong, maybe I’ll come to know of their " horrible " service only after sometime, but as of now , I’m quite satisfied. Only time can tell the answer.
