I got 3 Tatasky connections installed at my residence around 4 months ago. Except once, when the signal went off suddenly, the connections are working very fine. On that occasion, we lodged complaint, which was attended to at the stipulated time by their mechanic. The technical fault was beyond the scope of their first grade mechanic, however, promptly, next day, two senior mechanics came, worked for around 3-4 hours, traced the fault and rectified to our satisfaction.
The picture quality is too good as compared to cable and we are very happy family viewing TV through Tatasky network. Best part is comparative ease of surfing channels and their categorisation based on type of programs they air.
Moreover, it has eased us out from the knuckles of local cable operator, whose cable would switch off on slightest of the storm and power cut. Due to poor maintenance of their infra-structure over a period of time, invariably there used to be snow on all regional channel screens. And of course, a big relief from their arbitrary hikes in monthly cable charges!
