I am one your Dish TV customer. My problem is that Dish TV connection does not work in rainy season( Even if it stops raining). So I contacted your customer care and they told me You have technical problem, So you have to appoint our technician for resume your services and they also told me that you have pay that technician visiting charges+ service tax+ one more charge was there.
So my question is to the management why they are taking such visiting charges from customer? Since we are already paying them monthly Rs. 650/- for two connection,
Also if there is no signal in the monsoon, is it my fault? So why you are taking such visiting charges?
We dont pay for the telephone or electricity charges when such problems occur, so why should we pay you?This is absolutely ridiculous.Suppose if I pay the technician all the for repairing and resume the services, and what if the same problem persist after two months, then what? Again I have to pay for visiting charges?
So I request to all people that please do not take Dish TV and please stick to cable TV network because they are giving good services for a less price and without any maintenance charges.
