I had subscribed the annual package-Dhamal Mix and at that time, as per the offer, I had to pay the 11 months subscription charges for availing 13 months viewing. My package was about to expire on Aug-6, 2013, but before its expiry, I recharged with annual package -Metro and paid the amount as per the tariff.
As per common understanding there was a balance of 1 month subscription of Dhamal-mix, which should ideally be carried forward.
But these people forfeited the entire balance stating that 2 months free granted to Dhamal-mix was bonus and by changing plan, I lost the same.
Annual charges are paid upfront only to get extra benefit in the form of rebate and increased period of viewing. It is like an interest paid by these companies on our prepayment.
But when TATASKY says that it was a bonus which lapses on changing plan, then it is only cheating onto the consumers.
So we should be aware of these cheaters and should enquire repercussion of our action before initiating any transaction, as they though carry name of TATA but act like cheaters.
Further one should refrain from charging the account before the exhaustion of the last penny.
