Yesterday(27/11/2010) onwards I had problem with my DishTV remote. I lodged a complaint for the same (Call no - 49970889). Person (Vadivel) who logged a complaint for my issue said that your setup box is under warranty so we were going to replace that.
Today(28/11/2010)i got a call from the technician, he informed that we didnt have the stock of remote so please purchase from outside.
I thought what the HELL is this.No.1 DishTV provider dont have the remote stock.Then again at arround (12.55pm/28/11/2010) I called up to Dishtv CC, Bhaskar who picked up the call he again told that you were going to get the remote by 3pm to 4pm.
After 4PM again I called up to the DishTV CC, Balakrishna who picked up the call told that your set top box is out of warranty. I am not getting Is Dishtv has the correct information about the customer.
Again Balakrishna told that I am going to get the remote by today itself. Lets see wht is going to happen. I will keep posted.
