Tata Swach lavita 8 L Gravity Based Water Purifier is an user-friendly water purifier. it is not complicated to use and its working can be understood very easily, even by a person not good with technology, like me.
This WP is not at all durable. It has happened a lot of times with me that it stopped working and wouldnt provide good quality water and I would have to call for service . when I bought it, just after using it for 2 weeks, it stopped working and wouldnt purify the water.
it is not a handy purifier as it has problems in it frequently and even after getting fixed it doesnt work nicely. it is a low quality purifier and does not provide good quality purified water . the water coming form it doesnt taste good but dirty. I have often found dirt particles in the water coming from it.
When I first saw it, I really like its style and design which is very nice and beautiful and since it was only for 2000 Rs, I found it cheaper than other purifiers so I bought it but it was a waste of money. later I also noticed that it was made of bad quality plastic and I really regretted buying it.
its service and support are fine, . they come within 1-2 days after call. the service and support is actually very useless as even after the complain, they fix the purifier but even after that it doesnt work properly and still gives bad water so its basically useless to call for service and support as they cant really do anything.
buying this WP was a total waste of my 2000Rs.
