I bought Tata Swach Cristella Plus from Shopclues in November. Opened in January since I got married and shifted to a new place. It was working fine for 1 week. The black mud started to be found in my filtered water since then and we immediately called customer care to get it solved. The engineers took more than a week to show up at our house and after checking the filter said that since the filter has been purchased 3 months ago, the warranty has expired.
It was a shock as he said that I had to buy a new bulb for it as the old one will not be covered under the warranty. I was trying to buy the bulb online today and the transaction failed and the money got debited from my account. I am really having bitter experiences with all brands of Tata including Tata Docomo, Tata Green, Tata Sky and now Tata Swach. This shows the quality of services that Tatas have been providing in the past few years.
Its a shame to see this brand go from a big thumbs up to a thumbs down.
