I woukd likke to b naive in general but tata’s give me this frustration all the time I buy something from them. Now I concluded that its legacy of tata that they dont care about quality and service. They are here ti make money. To hell with swadeshi abhiyan if everyone follows tatas.
I bought swach basef on vendors recommandation. They said service is good then kent. They came for installation next day but the guy who check your water hardness did not come. I am told he will come in a day or two.
After a month I find that its stopping to work .there are some indicators that is show this one said to have cartridge 1 chocked. I called them their SLA is 48 hours!, after 48 hiurs no one came I called back again, they said it will b escalated, again 48 hours no kne came.(This is their esccalation hahahaha).
Now I lost hope because I guess I lost my money but I want to tell you all ease do not buy any tata priduct ever. You may find options with whirlpool, panasonic, lg, kent they are also good brands
