My account number 920310826.I was sold Tata Teleservices broad band with a condition that I can put on hold the same at any time.I raised a request with Tata Tele to put on hold my broad band connection on the 3rd May2016. The company dilly dallied on my request and finally on the 9th May informed that the connection cannot be put on hold. Hence I told them to cancel my broadband connection on the 10th May 16. I was also told to clear the outstanding dues of Rs 1373 on the 12th May 16 which I paid thinking that the issue will be closed. However I find that Iam still charged Rs 530 for broad band even though I have not used broad band connection from 3rd May 16.As per the company it some pro rata charges!
I checked with few of my colleagues and find that their experience has been similar that once you take a connection from Tata Teleservices it is very difficult to exit and you are made to pay many hidden charges. I have finally requested them to completely dis connect my landline if they cannot resolve my issue .
