Surely tata tiago deserves to be called as the winner in its class of Hatchback. I recently took this boy for a test drive & I was astonished by the way it responded. Here is my detailed evaluation on for buyers to make a choice.
Exteriors - It comes with plenty option full of colors & my favorite color is "Sunburst orange" The design of the exterior is authentic & not resembles to its siblings(Indigo) version. Thats one plus point Hexagonal front grills & the alloy wheels add a great touch to the exteriors of the car.
Interiors - As soon as I enter into the car, I noticed the new interiors, Looks good. It comes with honeycombed plastic, Knitted roof, Well cushioned seats & chrome finished buttons. Worth looking at all these features my first impression. Good n its class. Interior is big enough for 4 adults normal & 1 Kid.
Drive quality - Vehicle is powered by 1.2 L Revtron engine which delivers a solid power. The suspension was decent though you could hear some noises when it crawls over potholes. Steering is very responsive and I must add it good compared to grand I10 . When it comes to mileage showroom guy told my you would get around 16~ 18 in city(Good deal ah?) I cant expect more than that in city traffic environment.
Conclusion - Finally tata have tried their best to notch up the spot in highly populated hatchback pool. I must say it is the best competitor for Hyundais grand I10 & Maruti Ignis. I must say I felt it better than these two both in terms of practicality, Drivability, and Mileage.
Guys if you want a low maintenance and low budget feature rich car then you can go ahead and buy this.
