I took the delivery of the car(XZ petrol) in Sept 2016 from Concorde Motors, Cochin. In six months of usage, It proved to be true that TATA is TATA. It cannot improve on the product quality and service. Cheap quality.
1) Blue tooth connectivity in Harman system was not working(Bluetooth Mobile connectivity) from the delivery and they changed the unit in first month.
2) Low cooling issue was noticed and given the vehicle for second service. One day vehicle was kept in service center. They told that ac gas level was low. It is not a used car.
3) Serious Safety issues with the vehicle.Yesterday, the tyre got a side wall puncture, when it was taken over a small bump in NH47 - on a speed of 20-30km/hr. Good year tyres of low quality. During Test drive they will show Bridge stone tyres and they will deliver vehicle with Good Year or Appolo. Now they are telling they will support 50% of the cost of the tyre.
When you go for service. They will ensure that you wait at least 30 mins for the service advisor to come. And they will ensure that the car roof(white) will have finger prints of the technician embedded in grease when the vehicle is delivered.
And the funniest thing is that service marketing is selling a new package to cover brakes, clutches, and some other parts.the executive told that it is TATA and wise to take the package.in 60000 Kms/ 3.5 Years no clutch issues and brakes issues with Ford and Chevrolet, which I used earlier.
Do not buy this ZICA Virus. Decent Exterior designs hide inferior quality. Think loud " Tata is Tata".
