Last month I bought my favorite Zest from Prerana Motors, while booking for the same few days before the delivery, I told the sales person Sandeep and his manager Mr.Prashant Mallya that I want a Zero hiccup delivery of the car. They assured me for the same as well.
After I took the delivery, not only I am satisfied with the car but also their proactiveness in addressing all sorts of issue happened post delivery.
I owned a Figo, which I sold it to them as they quoted me the best price, apart from it their behavior and after sales is mind blowing! I would highly recommend that if anyone planning to buy a Tata Car in Bangalore, reach out to them, as they are excellent in their job.
As a whole so far it’s a wonderful experience with Prerana Motors.Also I appreciate Tata Motors in making a fantastic car with no comparison with its peers.Truly very happy and a value for money car I got.
