I bought a Tata Zest car on 31 DEC 2015 from Concord motors south ex Delhi paid the full amount to the dealer and the car was to be delivered to me on 14th Jan 2016 after completing the registration process when finally on 14th when I went to take the delivery I noticed that the car was repaired and repainted on the front Right side door I brought the same to the notice on the sales person he in turned called the team manager and showroom manager all of the three were forcing me to take the delivery of the vehicle which I refused on seeing the condition of vehicle. I dont understand how can they sell a repaired vehicle from a showroom I paid the full amount in advance and how can they force me to take the delivery of the faulty vehicle
