Ive been with Taurus for 3 years, hired out of college. The pay starts out above industry average. Raises are fair, but are consistent.
Same with annual bonuses. Professional development, advancement and change-of-career-path have all proven to be better than I expected. Taurus Agile is willing to spend money on its employees development.
There have been recent cuts in staffing, but it has been done tactfully - with ample warning & severance packages. Still sucks though.
Taurus is a professional company and its employees are expected to reflect that. Most of my co-workers (myself included) travelled extensively for training, work experience and business.
