’’ Haan Sahab! Kahan jaoge?’’

’’ Arre bas paas mein hi hai.’’

’’ Theek hai sahab. Par One and a half meter lagega.’’

’’ Arrey bhai! kis baat ka zyada maang rahe ho?’’

’’ Sahab! 9 baj gaye.’’

’’ Acha ek kaam karo, meter se 10 rupiye zya le lena.’’

’’ Theek hai sahab! Baith jaiye’’

Most people would have had this argument more times than they would have got haircuts. Especially those in mumbai and kolkatta. And how many people take this argument for granted for just another taxi ride. But, when there’s this one bad day, when you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, spill your morning coffee on your only clean shirt, and slip on your way down from your apartment, this is the day, your car will get spoilt on the way. and this is the day, when this yet another taxi ride will ensure you’re busy and fighting for life on that day.

The movie compares two stubborn and irrational minds: one existing in the yellow bronx of mumbai glamour(Jai Mittal: John Abrahm); and the other existing in black corners of the mumbai nagariya( Raghav Shastri: Nana Patekar).

Both of them are shown to be like minded, and end up in destroying each other and in the process themselves. Jai faces his own problems and realizes who his true friends are and who all are just bees to the green necter. Nana patekar on the other hand, ends up fighting with his wife and ends up in jail.

As the sequence of events proceed, the movie might seem unrealistic as to how could a person get into such depths just to harm another person. But, there is nothing which is unnatural, and these things could happen to you, if you come to think about it.

As far as acting is concerned,

Nana Patekar: is undoubtly a stud, when it comes to the haazir jawaab roles.

John Abrahm: has improved a lot over the years, but there’s still room for improvement.

Sameera Reddy: not really an emphsised role, pulled it off fairly well

Sonali kulkarni: The woman’s proved her versatility, yet again.

The sound track: very appropriately placed. Though not all songs are very very good.
