I have tried using TaxiForSure a couple of times.
Only once, was I successful in actually getting a cab.
The other times, whenever I booked the cabs the day before, I would get a message saying that the booking has been confirmed.
However, just one or two hours before the given time, I received a call from their customer service cell apologizing for unavailability of cabs at that time.
Horrible and unreliable service.
I am never gonna use TaxiForSure again. Ola is at least dependable.
