Had the most pathetic experience from Taxi for sure in Delhi today. it was taxi for most unsure.
At 830pm today, booked a taxi for 1030pm and received a confirmation message for taxi confirmed. below is the same:
Confirmation message received is "Thanks! TFS-PP-C4434750 @1030pm, Nov 8, 2014 is confirmed.Driver details, fare details 15 mins prior. t&c apply"
We kept waiting till 1025pm and no details received. Called taxi for sure and they said that cab would reach by 1045pm due to their some tech glitch.
we were ok and waited till 1045pm, but again no details. called and they said it would come by 11pm. unfortunately we had to wait as we were stranded .
Mind you.taxi still hasn’t come nor did a apology call or sms or anything. you guys have gone from bad to worse. THERE CANNOT BE ANYTHING WORSE IN SERVICE THAN THIS. At night, you guys leave your customers stranded. certainly will never book from you and spread the word so that no one else gets stuck at such a situation at night because of u guys.
