This is what I have written to Taxi for Sure. Yet to see any action or comments.
The driver has stolen Rs. 500. As he asked, I gave him 500 in the middle of the trip to fill Diesel. While doing final settlement I forgot about it and gave full payment plus 50 extra as he begged for more. I remembered about filling diesel within 2 mins after the car left. So I called him. He didn’t respond to my first 3 calls, cut the 4th in middle and switched off his phone. Even later I called him many times but he didn’t answer. Clearly he remembers about the diesel amount and flew away. He was very painful all through the trip. He didn’t know any routes. I had to guide him all through using my Navigator. He lacked minimum common sense needed for a driver, such as where to park, where to stop, etc. He said that his name is Sagar while I was told later by your customer care assistant that his name is Aslam. And he doesn’t know Hindi. How can Aslam, a Muslim, not know Hindi? He kept pestering with stupid questions all through the journey, in an attempt to seem as if he was insane.
I don’t understand how Taxi for Sure can hire such a person who clearly looks like an idiot. I had very good experience from my earlier bookings with Taxi for Sure. But this one was extremely disappointing. I sincerely request you to take a strong action against the driver. His number is 8183045709
