My first experience with them, makes me believe they should change their name! I had booked for a cab at 7 am for a 5 pm pickup and promptly was promised a taxi for sure to take my family to catch a train at Hyderabad. To my disappointment I get a message first at 4.20 pm saying that they would be delayed and I had the option of cancelling the cab. being a long weekend I guess they were trying to maximize their revenues as they promised me a cab at really reasonable rates in the morning.
When I called their call center and gave a little piece of my mind then they said that the cab will come at 5.15 pm and me and my family were a little forgiving. I got an sms promptly too that the cab has been rebooked. At 5.03 I get the same impersonal message that the cab is going to be late and I can cancel the booking, this time when I called the agent blurted out the real reason saying that they had other pre bookings they need to honour. Guess I wasnt a "valuable customer" anymore. Then the supervisor who I talked to after waiting for 12 minutes on call promises that the cab will come by 5.15. The time is already 5.15 then! We gave up all hope and took our own car and parked it to a place near to the station to be sure we can catch our train.At 5.25 a cab sent by them calls me saying he is close to the pickup point etc. They then sent an sms apology that they are striving to be of service and will improve their service in future.
I wont waste my time with them again.
